Visit to Detroit

Written by

It could not be otherwise as to visit during this Jubilee Year, a new frontier of the Michaelite ministry – Detroit, Michigan, USA. It is in this city that we have been invited by the local bishop to take custody of one of the parishes of the Archdiocese of Detroit. On Sep. 19th, General Superior Fr. Kazimierz Radzik, General Treasurer Fr. Jerzy Sosinski, Vicar General of Michaelite Sisters Sr. Maksymiliana Ciepala, General Secretary of the Michaelite Sisters Sr. Dawida Ryll, and Fr. Andrew Kowalczyk went to visit our new parish and its elementary school. Delightful day was finished with the reception at the Bishop’s Francis Reiss residence. There we met the bishop of Toledo, Ohio Leonard Paul Blair. Friendly visit ended with bishops blessing.
